- Deposit 25% on booking, balance one month before arrival, accommodation will be available from 2.30 pm.  
  - Guests are asked to leave by 10 am on day of departure. Sorry no dogs at the Chestnut Tree, one small dog at Gready.  These properties are both working farms.
